Client Consultation
Our first stage is to familiarise ourselves with your business. Our aim is to completely understand everything there is to know about your business, gathering vital information regarding your brand values, key components of what you do as a business and importantly what your visions are moving forward.
Once we feel satisfied with gathering a holistic understanding of your processes, and you are comfortable with understanding our own processes we can move onto step 2.

Detailed Audit
We offer your business a Marketing Audit to assess your company’s current performance, this will help identify any short comings or potential paths of development. We provide FREE tips to optimise your current Digital Marketing strategy to increase sales, or if you want to us to join your team we will move onto our tailored strategies on step 3.

Stage three is where the good stuff starts to happens. With all the information gathered during the first couple of stages we will create a bespoke marketing plan suited for your business and budget. Our report will be broken down by our team to your team without all the unnecessary jargon and buzz words. You will have a clear idea of the direction we are going and how we will do it.

Execute Strategy
This exciting stage is where we will implement our agreed strategy. With all hands on deck we will set everything up and begin the optimisations required. Our expert team will manage all of the campaigns while always consulting and updating your team every step of the way.

Integrate Team
Whilst we progress with our ongoing project, as mentioned before we keep you informed every step of the way. What that means is that you will have a unique opportunity to learn, or teach a member of your team all the vital processes of the campaign. We believe if you have a member integrated from your team with us, you will have a very fair and well-oiled machine. You may not have a team member competent, but we will provide free training for them to get up to date on the vital processes. Having a member integrated into both teams also mean that they have the opportunity to fine tune certain processes that may only be apparent having worked at the business for a longer period of time.

Deliver
With the ball truly rolling, we evolve into stage 6. From all the campaigns and strategies implemented we use this data to provide the insight for the future path of development. The Initial stages will collate all the information, and hone in onto what needs to be done moving forward.
We create reports in easy to digest formats, these reports can reflect our progress as well as effectiveness. The analytical reports are monthly and quarterly, we will focus on performance and optimise for future growth through these results.
